Important Details on your Holiday

Room prices are per person and day with 2 full-paying adults in one room, including breakfast buffet. Prices are exclusive of resort tax.
Apartment prices are valid for the defined number of persons. Prices are exclusive of cleaning service on arrival and resort tax.

We are Super.Summer.Card partners, the service contribution for the Super. Summer. Card. will be charged from us.

The local tax amounting to € 2.60 per person and day is charged separately (children up to 14 years do not pay any local tax).

Apartment cleaning fee in summer: € 55.00 for Apartment Type A, Apartment 1 and Apartment 2 (has to be paid once per apartment) and
€ 60.00 for Apartment Type B, C, D and E (has to be paid once per apartment).

Apartment cleaning fee in winter: € 65.00 for Apartment Type A, Apartment 1 and Apartment 2 (has to be paid once per apartment) and
€ 75.00 for Apartment Type B, C, D and E (has to be paid once per apartment).

For guests who booked a room the breakfast buffet is included – apartment guests can book our breakfast optionally and for an extra charge:

Week package on prior arrangement: Adults € 84.00 / Children up to 12 years € 70.00

In summer - discount in "Comfort Double Room" and "Double Room" per child and day (with 2 full-paying adults):
0 – 2 years for free, 2 – 5 years € 15.00, 6 – 12 years € 20.00, 13 – 16 years € 25.00

In winter - discount in "Comfort Double Room" and "Double Room" per child and day (with 2 full-paying adults):
0 – 2 years for free, 2 – 5 years € 15.00, 6 – 12 years € 20.00, 13 – 16 years € 25.00

On your day of arrival your room/apartment is available at 4.00 pm at the latest. Please leave your room/apartment by 10:00 am at the latest on your check-out day. Inform us in advance if you arrive after 6.00 pm!

For stays of 3 nights or less we charge a short stay supplement of € 7.00 per person and night.

For single occupancy we charge a supplement of € 30.00 per night.

€ 10.00 per day, dog food id not included.
