• Our room prices are per person and day, designed for two full-paying guests and include breakfast. The resort tax has to be paid additionally.
• The prices for our apartments depend on the number of guests and apply to the respective minimum occupancy of the apartment. In addition, there are the costs for initial cleaning and the resort tax.
• We are partners of the Super.Summer.Card., which our guests automatically receive on arrival – it grants many discounts and holiday advantages. The fee for this card will be billed by us.

• A resort tax of € 2.60 per person and day applies.
• Children up to and including 14 years of age do not pay the resort tax.

For stays of up to and including three nights, we charge a short-stay supplement. This applies to accommodation in one of our rooms as well as in our apartments in Ladis:
 

• ROOMS: surcharge of € 10.00 per person and day.
• APARTMENTS: surcharge of € 10.00 on top of the basic price per day.

For single occupancy of a room, a surcharge of € 30.00 per day is added.

• We charge a one-time fee of € 80.00 for the initial cleaning of Bergliebe, Luftikus and Höhenluft apartments.
• For Berggefühl, Bergmoment, Bergleben and Bergleuchten apartments this one-time fee is € 90.00.

• The breakfast buffet is already included in the price for our room guests.
• Our apartment guests are welcome to book it additionally: adults € 14.00 and children € 12.00 per person/day.

• 1 free parking space is available per booked apartment or room (minibuses up to max. 9 seats, no motorhomes, no vans, etc.).
• For each additional parking space required, we charge a fee of € 10.00 per day and car.
• If you would like to use the day of departure in our region and leave your car with us, this is also no problem, subject to availability. A fee of € 10.00 per car will also be charged for this.

In summer and winter we offer discounts for children in the “comfort double room” category (with at least two full-paying adults):
 

• 0 – 2 years for free
• 3 – 5 years € 20.00 per day
• 6 – 12 years € 25.00 per day
• 13 – 16 years € 30.00 per day

• Your room or apartment will be available from 4:00 pm on the day of arrival and we kindly ask you to leave it by 10:00 am at the latest on the day of departure.
• Please let us know in advance if you arrive after 6:00 pm,.

We charge € 15.00 per day for dogs without food. Please note that dogs are only welcome on prior arrangement and upon request.
